Lynn Lofts Offer Space for Less and a Farmers Market

Lynn has come a long way and is joining the list of newly gentrified North Shore towns and cities. Located on the MBTA Orange Line and only 10-15 minutes via train to Boston's North Station, this oceanfront location is highly under rated. Lynn has some very unique shopping experiences, gourmet dining options, and a beautiful waterfront and shore walk.

Lynn's historic downtown and renovated industrial spaces are a large part of the cities appeal. One of the cities historic buildings was recently transformed into beautiful loft space. Located steps from public transportation and the Lynn Farmers Market, the lofts are very modern and include our favorite flooring, polished stained concrete. The lofts were originally built during the condo boom and were slated to be sold when the market changed to a renters market. The lofts have a condo quality feel with bright open spaces, well appointed kitchens with elegant finishes, cherry stained cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, huge closets, and slate flooring in the bathroom.

As for size, 48 rental lofts tucked into 5 floors does mean a large building but the beautifully designed halls and elevator make it feel smaller with only 8-10 lofts per floor. The lofts are not expansive, with the biggest topping out at 1020 square feet but since this is open loft space with high ceilings so even the smallest loft seems more than ample. Additional features of the building include controlled access to the building, parking, private storage in the basement, and a cozy exercise space.

These lofts leave us with a new song to sing about Lynn and a desire to share this truly unique space.
