Located literally steps to the Brookline Village MBTA Green D-Line (our favorite line and the fastest) and around the corner from some fabulous Brookline eateries and shops its got it all. In fact it made it to the blog because its open floor plan gives it space and the location will make it the envy of all your friends.
Besides the location the space is as we said very open while still retaining its cozy appeal. Hardwood floors are featured throughout the apartment as is all the comforts of home you would expect, dishwasher/disposal, laundry in unit, and air conditioning. Although it's not new construction that we love to discuss here it is newer construction. With top floor views, easy access to Longwood Medical Center, recessed lighting, and heat and hot water included hopefully you now understand why we wanted to share this place.
We say move here this summer and enjoy zooming over to Fenway to watch the Red Sox win all the way to Championship in the Fall! GO SOX!
