We have found that gem! This loft-style home is located in a two story building in Salem has been newly renovated and although its not a real loft building it is loft-style. Exposed air ducts, and high ceilings make this very open space highly attractive. The unit also offers features that make it feel like a cozy home. It is a flat style (one level) home, although located in a building with other units that are multi-level this 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit feels warm with subtle earth tone walls in colors you might pick yourself. With all the features on everyones wish list such as dishwasher/disposal, microwave, new appliances, new cabinets, central air/heat, and maple hardwood throughout its a new renovation that feels like a purposeful and polished 20th century home. Not bad at only $1450 per month! parking is extra but its worth the splurge at this price!
