Bathed in Sunlight - The Perfect Artists Loft

.

The natural light that flows into these lofts is amazing! A request for light light light is probably one of the most frequently requested features besides space I hear from my clients. My clients with large art collections love the high ceilings, endless wall space, and the light makes any artist feel at home. With all these features these lofts feel more like a gallery than a loft. The HUGE loft windows here provide amazing views of endless sky, clouds, and watching birds sail by on a lazy Sunday is not a bad way to relax.

When your not looking at the walls the ceilings are worthy of admiration as well! The lofts feature authentic heavy timber wood beams, exposed air ducts, and are 12-14 feet high. As nice as the ceilings are if you do get distracted it may be due to my favorite feature the floors. They are maple are truly special (detail below) with mixed shades of gold, ochre, and brown with huge knots these floors are a serious attention grabber.

The kitchens here have been very well appointed as well with dishwasher, disposal, and microwave. They are modern, have a clean appearance, and feature tons of counter and cabinet space. Sleek white hanging pendant lamps and under cabinet lighting provide the perfect amount of light for preparing meals and a sizable pantry area means you have plenty of space for everything. Some of the lofts have additional storage space and walk-in closets the largest 2 bedroom is just under 1,500 square feet.
